Cristina is a partner of the Corporate Department of the Firm since 2015 and assists in all aspects of corporate law, with particular reference to M&A transactions, both local and cross border, transfer of business, corporate restructuring and private equity transactions; she also advises in areas relating to banking and insurance regulatory compliance.
Cristina also gained experience specializing in the field of civil and commercial agreements, both local and international, in relation to litigation disputes as well as extrajudicial transactions.
Between 2007 and 2008 Cristina worked for a law firm located in Verona, specializing in civil and commercial litigation. In 2009 she joined a primary international law firm in Milan, assisting in corporate law transactions.
