Domenico, partner of the Firm, focuses his practice on banking and finance transactions (acquisition, real estate and corporate financing) as well as on M&A and private equity. He has an over ten years’ experience in debt and equity transactions, advising national and international banks, financial institutions, investment funds and corporations.
Prior to joining the Firm, he practiced at leading Italian and international law firms.
