Saverio is a partner and has joined the Firm in 2018, after having worked for over fifteen years with a leading law firm in Milan.
In particular, Saverio has gained a wide experience in the private equity market, providing tax advice to primary European funds acting both in Italy and abroad, within the structuring of acquisitions – both in the investing, holding and exit phase, as well as in tax due diligence activities and financing of the SPVs and the target companies.
In terms of national taxation, Saverio assists multinational enterprises based in Italy within their day-by-day activity on corporate tax, VAT, customs matters and M&A activities. He also advises high net worth individuals who wish to move their residence from/to Italy.
Saverio has provided advice and assistance in complex, large-scale tax litigation cases involving direct tax, VAT as well as indirect tax issues.

Qualified as Italian Chartered Accountant (“Dottore Commercialista”) and Italian Accountant Auditor (“Revisore Legale”)

After graduating at the Libera Università degli Studi Sociali LUISS “G. Carli” in Rome in 2001, Saverio attained a Master in Taxation at the Infor – Scuola di alta formazione in 2003.
