Career
Stefan joined Bancila, Diaconu si Asociatii SPRL, the affiliated law firm of EY in Romania, in 2015. Prior joining our practice, he worked in the Bucharest law office of a reputable Austrian firm.
Ștefan is mainly involved in M&A, corporate and commercial assignments. His experience includes due diligence exercises, transaction advisory and post-transaction legal guidance. He is also involved in local and multi-jurisdictional corporate restructuring operations.
Ștefan advised various clients, including: investment funds, private and public companies, public institutions and credit institutions.
