Career

Patrick focuses on corporate and commercial law in general, and on mergers and acquisitions in specific.

Patrick has assisted a variety of companies with respect to their corporate transactions, acquisition and reorganization projects, including: Umicore, CEBEO, EverZinc, Engie/Electrabel, Macquarie Group, Hal Investments, NPM Capital, Statkraft, Idexx Laboratories, GTCR, INEOS, 3i and Oxbow.

Patrick has broad experience in coordinating legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating all transaction documentation and advising on the post-acquisition and integration phase. Patrick regularly advises in a multi-jurisdictional context.

Before joining KPMG Law in 2015, Patrick worked for NautaDutilh in Brussels and was also seconded to Slaughter & May in London. Patrick was also a teaching assistant with the law faculty of the University of Leuven.
