Career
One of the founding partners of Rutgers & Posch, Lennaert is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructuring. He also advises Dutch and foreign clients on financial transactions, including private equity and venture capital investments, and on financing solutions for acquisitions, projects and real estate. Having spent many years working in the United States, Lennaert possesses extensive experience with international clients and cross-border matters.
Before founding Rutgers & Posch, Lennaert was a partner at Stibbe, and spent years based in New York as the firm’s resident partner. Lennaert has been admitted to the New York Bar, and has an extensive network from his time there, both in the United States and in Asia.
