Career
After some years with the firm of Prof. Ferrarini e Giudici in Genoa, he worked for the law firm Pavia e Ansaldo; in 1999 he joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he became partner in 2004. As of 1 January 2013 Nicola joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati. He specialised in corporate, commercial and finance law, notably in domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, public M&A, private equity, venture capital and IPOs. He represented several companies and financial institutions in significant corporate transactions, restructuring and reorganizations.
