Thomas Kræmer has 20 years experience as legal advisor in business transfers. Over the years, he has completed more than 100 transactions including all sorts of businesses from small to large blue-chip companies in most industries and on both the buyer and seller side.

Thomas has extensive experience in handling transactions across national borders, and companies with activities in many countries.

Thomas has special experience in advising pre-sellers to streamline and position their business towards a successful sale. It is especially such value-added focus in his assistance that Thomas’ clients appreciate.

Thomas also advises athletes, football clubs and agents in the professional sports world.

Thomas regularly advises a number of professional football players in their daily business and contracts, just as Thomas has advised on the purchase and sale of several Danish football clubs.
