Søren Danelund Reipurth is a partner in Lundgrens’ department of IP & Life Science. Søren has more than 17 years of experience within IP and has inter alia litigated a number of leading IP court cases at the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court, the Danish High Courts, and the Danish Supreme Court. Søren has extensive experience with IP but is particularly specialized in trademarks, designs, domain names, intellectual property rights, and marketing law. Søren also advises on IP in relation to IP heavy transactions.

Søren has for a number of years taught IP at JUC (legal education center) and has since 2017 been authoring the chapter on Denmark in the Trademarks Law Review. Søren is also co-author of volume I of Dansk Immaterialret (Danish Intellectual Property Law) in which he has written the chapter on product imitations. In 2019, Søren was named a talent as a part of Berlingske’s Talent100. Søren is inter alia recommended in Legal 500,  WTR1000, and IP Stars. In addition, Søren is entitled to appear before the Danish Supreme Court.
