Career

Francesca Maria Moretti has worked for over 30 years as a Lawyer, in Brussels, Frankfurt am Main, Rome and Milan. She has a long-standing experience in representing companies accused of breaching articles 101 and 102 of the TFEU, both in Italy and before European institutions; in the context of notifications of concentrations, both at an Italian and European level; in drafting antitrust compliance programs; in internal audit activities; in training activities on antitrust issues in favour of companies, with particular reference to areas such as those relating to construction materials, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, entertainment and communication. Francesca Moretti has mainly carried out her activity at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP Law Firm.
