Career

Giovannella has specialized in European law ever since she has started her career in EU institutions and a multi-national law firm based in Brussels. Subsequently she has worked as a collaborator and European Counsel at the department of energy and infrastructure of the Law Firm “LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & Mac Rae (subsequently named Dewey and LeBoeuf) in London. Giovannella assists public and private entities in relation to the structuring and the implementation of public-private partnership projects and other important public or private development projects, also envisaging the co-financing of EU, EIB, EBRD funds and other international donors.
