Riccardo Salvatori is a Chartered Accountant, member of the board of auditors and the management body of important national companies. He serves clients in tax planning activities, acquisition of equity interest, corporate restructuring operations and, in general, tax and corporate issues of an ordinary and extraordinary nature. Mr. Salvatori has also developed solid expertise in project finance – the Renewable Energy sector – providing assistance to clients on tax and corporate issues in the context of projects launched by important Italian players. Riccardo Salvatori has occasionally been a lecturer on topics related to tax law.
