Career

Riccardo Bovino has 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, which he has gained through constant specialization and legal assistance, in domestic and international transactions, to companies, banks and financial institutions. He has gained particular experience in complex extraordinary transactions also involving listed companies, joint ventures, capital markets deals, banking aggregations, in the context of restructuring deals as well. He also specializes in corporate and commercial litigations, having played the role of arbitrator and having assisted Italian companies and entities, in particular, and directors and statutory auditors, in the context of complex disputes. Before joining Grimaldi Studio Legale, Riccardo Bovino worked for 9 years in an Italian law firm as an equity partner and has also held the position of director of the firm and head of the corporate department. He has previously worked in a major English international law firm for many years.
