Career

Olena Omelchenko has 20 years’ substantial experience related to trade protection, WTO rules, customs regulation and adaptation of Ukrainian laws to EU legislation. She advises companies on anti-dumping, safeguard and countervailing investigations in Ukraine and abroad.

Prior to working for Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm Olena Omelchenko was a member of the negotiations group on preparation of the EU-Ukraine Agreement, as well as free trade agreements between Ukraine and Canada, Turkey, Serbia and other states. She participated in numerous international trade negotiations.
