Frans Rossen is engaged in national and international corporate acquisitions and provides advice on the preparation and implementation of corporate acquisitions, legal due diligence and related contracts. Frans is also admitted to the bar in Germany (Rechtsanwalt) and is specialised in advising Danish and German companies on Danish/German legal matters, in particular corporate acquisitions. In addition, he advises on general company law and contract law.
