Petr Kasík has extensive experience in the field of corporate and group law and restructuring, as well as in the field of business transactions, focusing on one-off boutique projects. He also focuses on banking and public regulation of financial institutions.

Petr is the chairman of the III. Chamber of the Czech National Bank’s Appeals Committee. He is also involved in law-making, among others, as a member of the Public Law Commission of the Government Legislative Council.

Petr focuses on providing legal advice to leading financial institutions and corporations in the Czech Republic, such as the Czech National Bank, Česká spořitelna, PPF Group, Citibank, mBank, Wüstenrot Group, the Association for Capital Markets in ČR and MARSH Group. His clients from other fields include O2 Czech Republic, ČEZ, Česká telekomunikační infrastruktura (Czech telecommunication infrastructure), Krofian, Statutární město Plzeň (Staturory City of Pilsen), and Plzeňské městské dopravní podniky (Pilsen City Transit Authority).
