Dr. Zahnitko is an expert in corporate finance, oversight of the financial institutions, exchange control regulations.
He is particularly experienced in the loan and financial instruments market, project financing, fintech and personal data solution
He contributed to development of factoring and financial lease products, secured transactions, NPL portfolio management.
Dr. Zahnitko takes an active part in legislation making activities. He has been involved in drafting a number of amendments to the current banking related legislation shaping the reform agenda in the energy sector of Ukraine.
Dr. Zahnitko acts as a strategy advisor to the President of Kyiv School of Economics and delivers law courses to the LL.M students of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
