Radu Damaschin is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at NNDKP. Radu assists and represents clients in a wide range of dispute resolution matters including public procurement disputes, FIDIC cases, insolvency matters, administrative fiscal, labor and real estate disputes as well as complex arbitration proceedings.

Radu Damaschin joined NNDKP in 2003 and was appointed Partner in 2011.

Education

Radu Damaschin graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 2003 and has a postgraduate degree in private law from the same university. He also holds a Master degree in business law from the “Nicolae Titulescu” Law School in Bucharest and has successfully attended the courses offered by the Academy of American and International Law, Center for American and International Law, Plano, Texas.
