Position

Michał specialises in civil and commercial law and advises both buyers and sellers on merger and acquisition transactions. He has experience in legal due diligences of companies from different industries (e.g. construction, pharmaceutical).

He supports clients in group restructuring processes, including mergers, divisions and transformations, and in company formation and liquidations.

He provides day-to-day advice to companies, e.g. preparing corporate documents, advising on corporate governance matters, and drafting agreements concluded in the course of company business.

He also advises on restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

In addition to his legal education, Michael is a finance and accounting graduate.
