Position

Mateusz has over five years’ experience in providing legal advice to businesses on commercial law, civil law and personal data protection. He specialises in providing comprehensive assistance with company transformations, divisions and mergers. He also prepares due diligence analyses for the purpose of capital transactions.

Mateusz deals with personal data protection issues and has practical experience as a Data Protection Officer, e.g. in companies in the protection of persons and property and transportation of cash sectors. In addition, he has been a data protection officer for the Polish committee of a global NGO operating within the UN, a state cultural institution specialising in cinematography and companies in the logistics and e-commerce sectors.
