He specialises in business disputes.He represents both Polish and foreign clients in common courts throughout Poland, in arbitration proceedings as well as before the Supreme Court.Bartosz has graduaded from Warsaw University School of Law and the George Washington University School of Law.He is the author of Polish and foreign publications on civil procedure, company law and civil law.
