• He has been involved in developing and implementing a number of restructuring projects related to both the acquisition and operating activity of companies and has carried out numerous tax due diligences in various business sectors.
• Has extensive expertise in tax crime cases and tax litigation, particularly related to the implementation of effective tax structures.
• Advises clients on preparing and effectively implementing strategies in criminal proceedings and tax disputes.
• Represents clients before law enforcement authorities, the National Revenue Administration and courts.

• Member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
• Member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisers.
