Position

Nefelie Charalabopoulou is a Partner of our corporate commercial practice and Head of our healthcare, pharma & life sciences practice.

Nefelie practices corporate, commercial and healthcare law. She focuses on advising clients in highly-regulated industries on all inherent legal and compliance issues, with an emphasis on pharmaceuticals, medtech products, biotech and cosmetics. She also advises them on their corporate law matters. Her extensive experience in the life sciences sector is particularly valuable; it allows her to thoroughly understand and analyse the complex environment in which her clients operate and helps them to achieve breakthrough results. She supports domestic and multinational stakeholders on a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues, such as marketing authorizations and registrations, pricing and reimbursement, licensing and distribution, interactions with HCPs/HCOs, clinical trials, promotional activities, etc. She is also involved in different international business transactions and co-operations, including share and asset deals, corporate reorganizations, LDDs and the drafting of related agreements.

Nefelie is admitted before the Court of Appeals.

She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2005 and joined our firm in 2019.
