Position

Adam Iliou is a senior associate of our corporate commercial practice.

Adam focuses in dispute resolution, real estate and commercial law. Adam has experience in representing clients before Greek courts on civil and commercial litigation, real estate, contract disputes, tort, foreclosure defense proceedings and debt collection cases. He also regularly advises international and domestic clients on local and international business transactions, including real estate issues and commercial lease agreements. In addition, Adam has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

He was admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar in 2009 and joined our firm in 2018.

Adam is admitted before the Supreme Court.
