Position

Sofia is a senior associate of our corporate commercial practice.

Sofia focuses on corporate, commercial and regulatory law. She regularly advises domestic clients and international companies active in the Greek market on a wide array of corporate matters, including company formation, business structuring and day-to-day corporate-commercial law issues. Sofia’s practice includes advising international entities operating in various industries on compliance with domestic regulatory framework and applicable licensing requirements.

Sofia participates in the performance of legal due diligence and is involved in the process of negotiation, drafting and enforcement of various types of commercial agreements.

She is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
