Position

Laurent Sablé joined UGGC in 2017 as he was attracted by the firm’s team spirit. Indeed, partners work closely together on cases and offer transversal practices to our clients, wherever they are located in the world. As a lawyer practicing in different jurisdictions, the international perspective of UGGC seemed essential to him.

Laurent has an international practice and assists clients more specifically in certain fields, such as real estate, tourism, projects and infrastructure, agribusiness and distribution law.

In Morocco, Laurent has developed a practice covering advice in connection with financing transactions, corporate finance activities, transnational mergers and acquisitions and also international arbitration. He also advises clients on topics related to the OHADA Law and takes part, alongside Ali Bougrine, in the development of UGGC in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Focused on the needs of the clients, Laurent advises them on all the aspects of the company’s life, both in terms of consulting and pre-litigation management. More specifically, he also has a recognized practice in sports law, both for federations and for clubs and sportsmen.
