Career

Tiago is Member of the Board at VdA, Group Executive Partner of the Social & Corporate Advisory Group and Head Partner of Tax. Tiago has been involved over the past decades in some of the most relevant real estate transactions taking place in the Portuguese market, as well as in transactions focused on the financing, acquisition and restructuring of economic groups and corporations. He has also been providing tax assistance in structuring inbound and outbound investment projects in Portugal, Brazil and in several Portuguese speaking countries in Africa such as Angola and Mozambique. Tiago has also been advising several major international groups in the definition of their transfer pricing policies and on their strategy resolving tax disputes. He also advises family offices, private banks and HNWI on tax investment structures and other wealth management issues.
