Ana Marta joined VdA in 2006. She is Partner of the Public Law practice where she has been actively involved in several national and international transactions.

She has focused her activity in the banking and financing sectors, as well as in the sectors of aerospace and defence, transport and infrastructure, telecommunications and energy.

Ana Marta has thorough expertise in banking regulatory matters and banking resolution, privatisation processes and the disposal of public assets, and in matters related to public procurement law, public contracts, public private partnerships (PPP), regulatory compliance and administrative litigation.

Ana Marta regularly advises public sector authorities in structuring complex public acquisition processes. Her practice also includes extensive experience in assisting private sector clients in developing innovative and effective strategies for the award of public contracts.
