Career

John O’Riordan works in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department where is a partner in the Commercial Litigation team. As part of that team John specialises in advice in relation to business disputes, financial services litigation, regulatory investigations, fraud and asset recovery and insurance disputes.

John’s specialist expertise includes: financial services and banking litigation; shareholder disputes; fraud, mis-selling claims; advising clients through the Central Bank administrative sanctions procedure; appearing before the Irish Financial Services Appeals Tribunal; enforcing foreign arbitral awards; and property and vessel damage claims.

His clients include national and international corporations, banks and financial institutions, insurers and individuals. He is highly experienced in all types of High Court proceedings and also represents clients in arbitration and mediation.
