Career
Jens Christian Gjesti is a specialist in telecommunications, competition law and privacy. He regularly also assists clients in matters in connection with dispute resolutions, IT agreements, administrative law, intellectual property right, marketing law and EU/EEA law.
He has experience from the Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority where he worked with regulatory issues both nationally and internationally. As a lawyer he has, since 2008, inter alia assisted clients in major cases relating to merger control, anti-competitive behavior, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. Gjesti was seconded as an in-house counsel to Tele2 from 2012 – 2015 and has also contributed to the master program at the University of Oslo as an external lecturer.
