Erik Torjusen specialises in insolvency law, and assists in all matters relating to a company’s journey through financial distress.
Torjusen has extensive experience in composing rescue plans for distressed companies; distressed M&A transactions; assisting banks and financial institutions with credit matters and asset recoveries; and in providing counsel to boards of directors. Torjusen has first-hand experience from the most comprehensive bankruptcies and reconstructions opened in Norway over the last decade.
