Gry Bratvold has extensive international experience as an advisor to the offshore and energy industry. She has assisted on a range of international offshore projects, including development projects in oil and gas and wind projects, both offshore and onshore. Her experience includes tenders, contract negotiations, advising on ongoing projects and operational matters. Her area of expertise includes offshore construction and in particular concept study and FEED contracts, EPC(I) contracts, O&M contracts, installation services contracts and lease and operate contracts for floating production. She has experience with project finance related agreements such as direct agreements, step-in agreements, etc. Bratvold has experience with anti-corruption work, e.g. due diligence of third parties, drafting of agent agreements and guidance on use of an intermediary when entering new markets.
