Career

Nicolai is an internationally reputable expert within employment law and advises both Danish and foreign businesses, private equity funds and financial institutions. He provides advice on all aspects of employment law with a special focus on transactions, including due diligence, information and consultation obligations and incentive plans.

Nicolai also advises on data protection, including the setup of whistle-blower hotlines. Moreover, Nicolai provides advice in connection with investigations relating to compliance with the American Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act.

Nicolai graduated in law from the University of Copenhagen in 2000. He was admitted to the Danish bar in 2003 and to practise law before the Danish High Courts in 2008.
