Career

Karin is a partner in the Real Estate and Banking & Finance departments.

Karin handles a broad range of real estate transactions, including preliminary checks into land rights, sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements for office space, managing negotiations, drafting project financing agreements vis-à-vis various finance providers, drafting contracts, supporting contractors and developers through residential projects and construction agreements, and advising developers during tenders issued by the Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Construction, as well as on co-ownership and purchase group agreements.

Karin also handles credit and financing transactions and provides comprehensive legal services with respect to project financing, including handling the collateral required to secure such financing.
