Miriam is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Planning & Zoning departments.

Miriam has over 40 years of experience in the real estate field, having founded one of the leading boutique law firms in Israel in the field of real estate and planning and building. She is considered one the most experienced and preeminent real estate lawyers in Israel, due to her holistic view of real estate in all its aspects and meanings.

Miriam represents and accompanies private clients, purchasing groups and entrepreneurs. She provides comprehensive legal services in all matters relating to real estate, including consultation and legal and financial feasibility analysis.

Miriam’s unparalleled know-how and extensive experience in real estate have contributed to her close relationship with officials in the state authorities, including local governments and tax authorities. She has worked side by side leading figures in the real estate field and demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the commercial bank system in Israel.
