Mr Hatland has litigated numerous cases on all levels of the Norwegian judicial system, and in arbitration. Furthermore, He has litigated and won cases before the European Court of Human Rights. In addition He is the trusted advisor for both private and public clients and is appointed as litigator for the National Disciplinary Board for lawyers. He is also a board member at Proffice Bergen AS and NWT Media AS.
