Career

Erlend works with a wide range of business law issues, primarily within corporate advisory, contractual design, negotiations and dispute resolution related to offshore, building and construction, as well as purchase, sale, lease and development of real estate. He regularly litigates disputes before Norwegian courts and by arbitration.

Erlend also holds broad international experience, inter alia from various assignments in Asia at law firms in Shanghai and Singapore, where he for a long period of time, on an ongoing basis, advised companies in the establishment phase, joint ventures, purchase/sale/restructuring of businesses, finance, trade/distribution, fabrication and construction projects.
