Klaudia Szatan has been an associate with Schoenherr since 2021. Klaudia’s main areas of practice are m&a and venture capital. She provides ongoing corporate advice and contract services to Polish and foreign enterprises on the basis of civil and commercial law. Klaudia, a trainee attorney-at-law of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2020, graduated from the University of Warsaw (2019).
