Career

He has matured a vast experience with reference to national and international tax issues  particularly with regards to acquisitions and structured finance operations (project financing, real estate financing, securitisations). He regularly advises multinationals on direct and indirect tax issues and key-employees taxation incentives (fringe benefits, stock options, secondments, etc.). He has closely followed the tax profiles of non resident artists and sportspersons. He has taught at the Scuola Superiore di Economia e delle Finanze (Ezio Vanoni) and has lectured the Master in Tax Law at the LUISS University. He has been a member of the Study Commission for tax reforms established in 2003 at the Luca Pacioli Foundation. He is author of numerous monographs and publications.
