Practice co-head Christian Schow Madsen has extensive experience in real estate transactions; he advised Danica Pension on its sale of 16 shopping centres to ATP. Fellow practice head Christian Johansen acted for contractor Salini Impregilo in an arbitration against Metroselskabet regarding substantial claims for additional work, disruption and delay during the client's construction of a new circle line in Copenhagen, and Søren Damgaard, who is 'an experienced negotiator', assisted Dades with the sale of its iconic building Gammel Kongevej 60 to KlÜvern. Also noted is Søren Kopp, who has 'a great working capacity' and 'can handle very complex transactions'.
