Position

Søren Zinck specializes in all aspects of competition law, including in Danish and international cases on merger control, distribution strategies, damages, dominance issues, state aid, and cartel investigations, including criminal defense and related investigations. He regularly litigates before the European Court of Justice and the Danish courts, and during recent years he has litigated several of the major, leading Danish competition cases.
