Career

Diana Ettner practices mainly in the areas of administrative law, particularly public procurement and urban planning, and administrative litigation. She has participated in the conception and execution of several policies on cutting red tape and better regulation and owns a deep experience on legistics and legislative procedure matters.

She regularly participates as speaker in seminars and conferences in Administrative Law and Better Regulation.

Diana Ettner holds a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law and Public Procurement, with her thesis addressing the civil liability of the State and public entities.

She was Advisor of the State Secretary of Justice (2002-2005) and of the State Secretary of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (2009-2011), and worked at SRS Advogados between 2002 and 2018, as a member of the public law department of the firm.
