Position

Søren Sandfeld Jakobsen assists our clients with Media, IT and telecommunications law matters, including the legal aspects associated with new technology, digital media and implementation of large digital transformation projects in corporate enterprises. Søren’s experience also encompasses marketing law, IP law, contract law and transactions in general.

Søren holds a position as professor of the law of property and obligations at CBS, Copenhagen Business School, and he therefore works part-time in our firm. He is the author of a long list of books and articles on subjects related to IT and media law.

Over the years, he has acted on a large number of councils, boards and legislative committees. For instance, he currently serves as Chairman of the Radio and Television Board, Chairman of the Telecommunications Board of Appeal, alternate on the Data Council and board member of the Danish Court Administration.
