Max Gersvang Sørensen assists Danish and foreign businesses in issues relating to data protection law and Ad-tech, including intra-group agreements, binding business rules (BCR), reporting to the Danish Data Protection Agency, data protection law assessments in relation to business transfers, including data flow mapping, risk analyses, privacy policies and training.
Max has special experience in compliance projects, in acting as DPO and in commercial implementation, including online security in relation to children.
