Position
Søren Henriksen assists our clients with advice on dispute resolution within all business matters in and out of court. Søren has particular experience with the complex high-profile cases that are characteristic of Gorrissen Federspiel. He has been deeply involved in the legal consequences of the financial crisis in relation to Danish bank failures, acting in cases regarding professional and managerial liability, and securities litigation. In addition, Søren specialises in international arbitration and has particular experience in disputes relating to the insurance, IT and construction sectors under the DIA, FAI, ICC and SCC rules. From previous work, Søren also has experience with private enforcement actions regarding competition law.
