Career
Rafal Osetek advises clients from the residential, office, warehouse and logistic, retail, hospitality and banking sectors on structuring and negotiating real estate transactions (asset deals, share deals, sale and leaseback transactions), including acquisitions of land for development purposes, acquisitions and disposals of operating commercial projects and financing for commercial projects.
He conducts legal due diligence reviews for the purpose of acquisitions and financing, as well as vendors’ due diligence reviews. He supports clients in all aspects of the investment process, including in particular zoning and construction process.
He advises both landlords and tenants in negotiating commercial lease agreements, particularly in connection with warehouse and office space. He also advises on asset management matters.

He is a graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and a graduate of international relations at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at Warsaw University. He also graduated from the American Law Center, co-organized by the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida.
