Smaragda is specialized in Capital Markets, with an extensive experience in the European and Greek legal framework applicable for ASE-listed companies (public offer, takeover bid, prospectus, insider trading etc), as well with regard to the provision of investment services. She has also participated in several M&A deals, covering both the conduct of the legal due diligence and the structuring of the transaction.

She has participated in the preparation of the Greek section of the LawInContext Financial Products Distribution Helpdesk (created by Baker & McKenzie), consisting of Banking and Securities Relationship Manager Checklists.

Admissions:
Admitted to the Athens Bar in 2007.
Qualified to practice before all Courts of all degrees, including the Supreme Courts.
