Career

Before joining Cuatrecasas, Vasco Moura Ramos worked in other Portuguese Law Firms. He was adviser to the Ministry of Economy between August 2013 and October 2014.

Responsible for the Cuatrecasas office in Porto.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association and of the Scientific Board of Revista de Contratos Públicos.

In 2009, he was an assistant professor at Universidade de Coimbra, where he taught constitutional law, administrative law, public contracts, tax and corporate tax law, and administration sciences.

He lectures on public law (public procurement and tax administrative law) in several postgraduate programs, and is the author of several articles on public law. He speaks at seminars and training sessions regularly.
