Rasmus Schmidt is an expert of pretrial preparations for and conducting commercial and arbitration proceedings on, for example, contracts, damages, liability, real estate and M&A transactions.
Rasmus represents insurance companies, general housing organisations, state-owned corporations, public authorities, banks, pension providers, foreign enterprises, trade organisations as well as large and medium-sized enterprises. Rasmus conducts cases before the Danish courts as well as arbitration proceedings before the Danish Institute of Arbitration and ad hoc proceedings.
Rasmus has also been a lecturer in Property Law 1 as well as the law of damages and contract law at the University of Copenhagen.
