Nikolaj Kromann Hellesen specialises in construction and procurement law as well as sale of municipal real estate and project development.
Within construction law, Nikolaj advises on, for example, the drafting and negotiation of commercial and public contracts, dispute resolution, expert opinions, litigation and arbitration. Nikolaj represents public authorities, general housing organisations, pension providers, contractors as well as Danish and international private enterprises, and as such he is experienced in considering cases from both sides of the table.
In EU tender procedures and tender procedures involving municipal land, Nikolaj renders assistance to public authorities on all aspects of the tender procedure from determination of tender strategy to the award of contract. He also assists tenderers in submitting tenders in conformity with contract conditions and consequently has in-depth knowledge of the roles of the contracting authority and the tenderer.
